Registration Fee


The early registration deadline is September 7, 2003, after that date the late registration fee will apply. The registration fee covers access to all the technical sessions, one copy of the proceedings, coffee/tea refreshment, and conference reception. The registration fees are in JPY* only.

ACM/SIG Member

If you are currently an ACM, ACM SIGCHI, or ACM SIGGRAPH member, you are eligible for members discounts. You must provide your current ACM, ACM SIGCHI, or ACM SIGGRAPH membership number in order to receive the discount, otherwise you will be charged the non-member rate. Local or regional ACM SIG memberships are not eligible for registration discounts.

Full-time Students

You must be a full-time student in order to qualify. You must attach copies of the following to your registration form to qualify for student rates ( this applies for those registering in advance as well as the conference).
  • Your 2003 ACM student membership card OR
  • Your valid 2003 student identification card AND a letter on school letterhead verifying you are a student. The letter must include your register's name, address, and phone number so we can verify your student status.

When you arrive at VRST 2003, you must present your ID card (not a copy) in order to pick up your credentials. Failure to attach one of the above to your registration form will result in you being charged the non-member rate.


Payment


You are able to paying by credit card (VISA or MASTER card only) or bank draft. Payment by credit card is strongly recommended. Payment by bank draft is only available from Japanese bank.
  • Credit card information must be completed with signature.
  • Forms will not be processed without accompanying payment full.
  • Do not send more than one registration form or it may result in duplicate billing.
